You can change your Avatar by: Clicking the "My Profile" link (right next to "Forum" & "Log Out" [Beside the site Banner]) > Edit user details > You should see an Avatar section by now.. It says: Avatar (URL). Now, there are 2 different ways to do this... First: Enter the direct URL of the image in the text box in front of "Avatar (URL)". Second: Click "Upload own Avatar" and Browse your files to select an Avatar that is saved in your computer.
To change your signature, You will need to have an account on an image host website. (Eg. http://photobucket.com ), Then, Upload your image and copy the [IMG] code to the text box, on your profile, in front of "Your Signature". (Eg. [img]http://(photobucket).com/albums/*/**/***.(img_file_type[eg. png; jpeg...])[/img])

When hovering with your mouse on a smile, you will notice that a text pops-up saying: "All smileys". Click it. You will now have lots of smileys at your disposal. There is also a section in the reply box that says all smilies.
The user ranks are based on your posts and your activity on the website. More Active/More Posts = More Reputation & More Rank. Therefore, people will know how active you are...
This is how you have acess to that actions: When in a thread.. There will be a scroll bar (under the "Private Messages" "New Messages" "Members" etc.) saying Moderator Options, or something close to it. Click it and then you will see a variety of actions you can do.. including moving the thread, closing it, etc..
The reputation is something that other people change in your profile (same as Awards) - Other members on the site will have access to your reputation here, so they will know if you were kind, helpfull, etc. And awards too, We give awards for specific reasons:(for eg.) Executing the charge you have well (being a good Mod) etc.
Awards info: There are specific awards. Some of them are restricted to Mods and Admins, like honor awards.
